Some states that received lowest share of the 2016 budget crys out. According to Ekwerenadu (2015) a constitution is called for a review when its those not or seem not to be in favor a particular state(s) or region. So, therefore, one could say that the just passed 2016 Budget should be called for a review as it seems not to in favor of some states. Meanwhile, Nigerians have earlier show their disapproval of the said budget before it was approved. When rumour have it that some states that do not produce oil or hardly have income to the Federal Government Account have the highest share of the Budget some persons disregard such information. But this seems to be truism after the Budget have been approved by the Senate.
